Surprise! Here’s a small gift for you Hollie and Dan! It is virtually unheard of to have your images edited the same day you have them taken, but I did finish this sweet little Cora’s gallery quickly as a little gift for our friends and cousin’s.
Meet Cora: Little sister to Carter and first daughter to Dan and Hollie. She looks so much like her father, yet I could see her cousin Frannie’s little nose and mouth today. You may remember Frannie and her sister Frankie from a blog I posted last week.
Cora was a bit early but you cannot tell. She is very strong and extremely easy going. She was an angel and slept for most of the session, until it was time to get dressed and then head outdoors for a few photos.
I also captured some of Cora at her home last week but this week we really got down to work. I have not photographed newborns often and had some learning and work to do. I enjoy all of my sessions and this gallery is one I feel humbled by. It is a reminder that life is precious and time is fleeting. Numerous times today I have regretted not having my 3 boys’ newborn photos taken. So, take it from me, this is worth it!
